Operator and acceptance
REYNO is operated by Rivka Mazuz as an individual / sole operator. These Terms govern your use of REYNO. Creating an account requires acceptance of the displayed Terms and acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy. The server records the versions and time. Material Terms changes may require fresh acceptance before continued play.
Who can use REYNO
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are below the age of legal majority, obtain parent or legal guardian permission where required. Keep account credentials secure, provide accurate information where required and do not impersonate others. You are responsible for use you authorize. Report suspected account compromise through the website account-request channel.
The competition
REYNO provides private groups, challenges, Crown and Court mechanics, CP, progression, Coins and digital cosmetics. The server determines game rules and outcomes. Scores, the Crown and Coins are game features, with no cash-out, investment interest or real-world prize. Group roles confer no authority over another person.
Coins and cosmetics
Real-money purchases are disabled for this non-commercial launch. Earned Coins can unlock features and cosmetics within REYNO. Coins and cosmetics cannot be transferred between accounts, redeemed for cash or treated as ownership of REYNO. They have no real-world monetary value, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law. Deleting your account ends access to its balance and cosmetics. No indefinite availability or restoration is promised.
Your content
You retain the rights you hold in your original photos and text. You grant Rivka Mazuz the limited permission needed to receive, store, resize, process, display to intended viewers and remove that content while operating REYNO and addressing safety, privacy or legal issues. Use only content you have rights and appropriate permission to share, including permission for identifiable people. Apple Music metadata and artwork remain subject to Apple’s and other rights holders’ terms; selecting a song does not transfer rights to the recording.
Follow the Community Guidelines. Do not upload prohibited material, harass, threaten, exploit, scam, invade privacy or manipulate the service’s security or game state. Private groups and Mature Mode have the same safety boundaries. Mature Mode requires the enabling person to acknowledge that everyone is 18 or older, without formal age verification, and does not permit explicit sexual content.
Reporting and restrictions
Use the Report controls on profiles and eligible photo, song and Court content, or the website safety-request channel. Reports are private to the reporter and operator. The operator may remove content, restrict an account or take proportionate action to protect users, address serious violations or meet legal obligations. A conservative text filter rejects certain abusive expressions; it is not comprehensive semantic or image classification. Human review and reports remain important. You can block a player to hide their profile/content and prevent friendship interactions; shared game results can remain. Use the website safety-request channel to ask about a restriction or appeal.
Changes and availability
REYNO may reasonably change features or rules, maintain the service, or suspend access for security or legal reasons. Necessary notices and mandatory consumer rights remain applicable. Free service providers can impose usage limits or pause an inactive project. Continuous availability and error-free outcomes are not guaranteed.
Account deletion
You can initiate deletion in the app without emailing support. Deletion begins immediately and cannot be cancelled. Failed cleanup remains pending for retry. Personal content and account access are removed as explained in the Privacy Policy; pseudonymous shared results and necessary financial records follow its retention rules.
Responsibility and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by law, REYNO is provided as available without a promise that every challenge, ranking or result is error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. These Terms impose no mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver or invented monetary liability cap.
Governing law and disputes
The laws of the State of Israel govern these Terms, excluding conflict-of-law principles where appropriate. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Israel. These provisions do not remove mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights available to you under the law of your own country.
